About TARI Online

TARI Online is the GPS system for business. The company behind TARI Online is ElanElan Ltd, an International Business Corporation (IBC) set up in 2000 in Antigua & Barbuda in the Caribbean. ElanElan operates using cloud services provided by Rackspace Cloud Hosting in the USA, managed from ElanElan's base in Antigua & Barbuda.

Two of ElanElan's four Directors (the Hartleys) live in Antigua & Barbuda. The other two, Dr Keith Cleland and Trevor Watters, are based in Australia. TARI® is licenced by ElanElan Ltd from Auchinlea Pty Ltd of Australia, the registered trade mark owner.

For the past twenty-five years, consultant to the accounting profession and industry, helping identify and provide solutions for underlying business problems, leading to the crystallisation of TARI® currently installed in 750+ accounting practices and applied to 15,000+ businesses.

Trevor Watters

Trevor Watters, B. Bus (Accty), CPA

From banking to growing a CPA Public Practice supporting manufacturing, service, contracting and retail clients.

Co‑developed TARI®‑related software used by 750+ accounting practices; delivered advisory techniques and training that helped businesses lift win rates and profitability within weeks.

David Hartley

David Hartley, BE (Hons) Civil

Founder of Hartley Computer; creator of one of the first vertical market mini‑computer successes serving 3,000 sites across 7 countries.

Joined long‑time colleagues to take TARI® to the world via SaaS. Recipient of multiple industry awards including the Pearcy Hall of Fame (Australia).

Caramia Hartley

Caramia Hartley, MA (Hons), Cambridge University

Line Manager and Consultant in Marketing, HR, Quality and Business Improvement.

Implemented JIT in Philips Europe saving US$25.5m over five years. Led quality initiatives at BT and HR strategy at Hitachi Europe. Plays a key role in TARI marketing and member success.
